Productive Machinery
In the design and manufacturing of assembly lines, we apply various technological solutions. Our experts are proficient in the application of pressing procedures, screwdrivers, welding and soldering equipment, resin potting, industrial lasers, and industrial adhesive technologies. The purpose of the applied measuring and inspection equipment is to avoid assembly errors and ensure continuous quality. We integrate cranes and handling manipulators into the assembly lines as needed, reducing the physical strain on operators. Our ergonomic and safety systems contribute to the efficiency of staffs and prevent workplace injuries. We are flexible in dealing with the combination of units and equipment of various complexity to meet the specific needs of our partners.
Intelligent Systems
We prioritize the application of innovative and Lean technologies. Our Intelligent Industrial Camera (Machine Vision System) systems oversee and control the assembly process. The combination of PLC controls and industrial panel PCs provides precision and ease of use during the assembly process. Through our production monitoring systems and databases, we achieve centralized data collection, ensuring that manufacturing data is accessible and traceable in the long term. Our remote programming capability allows for system modifications and enhancements as needed. We implement Poka-Yoke solutions to prevent accidental assembly errors.
Robotics
We offer comprehensive construction of assembly cells based on robotics tailored to the specific needs of our partners, integrating robots such as FANUC, ABB, KUKA, MOTOMAN, among others. We pay special attention to creating an entire support environment and examining and programming machine learning the simultaneous, coordinated movement of multiple robots. During the design phase, we conduct complex simulation and off-line programming. We strive to design robot tools with different levels of intelligence and implement a work process that can be executed in a controlled, swift, and flexible way to enhance productivity and efficiency.
