In-house Development
Automatic Visual Inspection Station
As market competition intensified, increasing pressure was placed on our partners regarding both product quality and efficiency. Therefore, we focused on enhancing the end-of-line inspection processes of product manufacturing and developed a dedicated robotic R&D station with camera which supports the system we create for our partners to minimize operator errors. The system has led to numerous successful industrial developments, particularly in the inspection of flat and tapered surfaces of products made of various materials.
Valve Control Blocks
Our team has developed high-precision and high-speed control valve units for the nuclear industry. These units are specifically designed to extend the lifespan of nuclear power plants. The control valve units we developed have been successfully used at the MVM Paks Nuclear Power Plant since 2003. Using innovative technologies and complying with the highest standards, these units ensure efficient, reliable and secure operation in the nuclear power plant.
Automatic Bin-Picking Systems
Designing and setting up an automatic system for handling bulk goods tests engineering capabilities. The complex integration of visual recognition, robotics, software, and task-specific grippers often required is necessary for the system to function properly. Addressing the challenge, we developed a multifunctional robotic bin-picking demonstration cell. Our system is compatible with various types of robots and accurately recognizes the shape and position of objects with precision and efficiency. After comparing the captured image with the 3D model, it selects the best gripping point, picks up the product, and places it in the desired location and position. This development is a milestone in automating production processes, increasing efficiency, and reducing the need for human resources.
