Our team consists of experienced professionals who are proficient in mechanical engineering, electronics, and programming. Our team is constantly expanding, with the most experienced members having 30-35 years of expertise in the design, manufacturing, and automation of production lines, industrial tools, assembly equipment, and special purpose machines. They stay updated on Industry 4.0 solutions and work with the latest software.
The process begins with an assessment of your specific needs and is concluded with the award of the contract.
In close collaboration with our clients, we evaluate their individual needs and expectations for technology solutions, tools development and services. We thoroughly analyse detailed product specifications, projected costs, and established timelines to facilitate the preparation of a comprehensive proposal.
Risk management is an integral part of the design phase.
We ensure the availability of necessary resources and expertise by arranging a schedule and the implementation team. Once the preliminary plans are approved, we evaluate critical components for reliable and optimal operation. We then prepare detailed project plans and order the necessary components for the project.
During the manufacturing process, we bring the envisioned machines to life.
The manufacturing process commences with the production of components and their assembly. During the development of control systems and programming, we ensure the optimal operation of the equipment, sometimes utilizing custom software development. We evaluate the reliability of the system during a trial run, followed by on-site approval at the facility. The manufacturing process is concluded with the secure packaging and transportation of the equipment.
After installation, production starts, but collaboration does not end.
Following on-site installation, we ensure that the commissioning process is seamless. We also train the staff on how to run the plant and provide operation and maintenance manuals along with the necessary certifications. Our warranty service involves close collaboration, ensuring the provision of wear parts and on-site replacement if needed. As per additional equipment needs, changes to programming and optimisation are carried out remotely while mechanical modifications are conducted on site.
