The industrial camera systems we use are capable of complex 3D scanning, from a single measurement to multiple scans. We determine the necessary hardware and software tools based on the task at hand, considering cost-effectiveness and application conditions. We employ different methods for higher precision in laboratory conditions or for application in an industrial environment. With our optical measurement systems, product defects, cracks, patterns can be identified, and product sorting based on complex logic can be accomplished.
