The right level of automation
Not every assembly task requires the same solution
To create an economical and reliable assembly line, we jointly assess product variants, annual volumes, the required cycle time, quality risks and operator tasks. This ensures automation is applied where it provides genuine technical and commercial value.
Manual workstations
Ergonomic design, digital work instructions, tool monitoring and error prevention.
Semi-automated assembly lines
Combining operator flexibility with the precision of automated operations.
Fully automated lines
Automated feeding, assembly, inspection, robotics and product transfer.
Integrated assembly technology
Operations and systems from a single source
Pressing and force-displacement monitoring
Controlled execution of pneumatic, hydropneumatic, hydraulic or servo press operations.
Screwdriving and torque monitoring
Industrial screwdriving systems, program selection, result logging and prevention of faulty joints.
Welding, soldering and bonding
Product-specific technology, process parameters and quality control checkpoints.
Feeding and material handling
Parts feeders, conveyors, manipulators and robotic transfer.
Machine vision and measurement
Presence, position and quality inspection, code reading, 2D/3D image processing and testing.
PLC, HMI and database
Recipe management, process control, product traceability and retrievable production data.

Quality built into the process
Error prevention and full traceability
Quality is not only checked on the finished product. Automatic feedback is provided after critical operations, and the product is released to the next step only when the result is correct.
- Poka-yoke solutions to prevent incorrect components and operations;
- assignment of measurement and assembly results to each product;
- camera-based presence and position inspection;
- automatic segregation of non-conforming parts;
- production data that remains retrievable over the long term.
Robotic assembly cells
Robotics where it improves performance
We integrate industrial robots for repetitive, high-precision, physically demanding tasks or operations connecting multiple stations. Where required, robot simulation and offline analysis are performed during the engineering phase.
We have experience integrating FANUC, ABB, KUKA and MOTOMAN systems; selection is always based on the specific application.

Frequently asked questions
Before planning an assembly line
When does a semi-automated assembly line make sense?
When product variants, production volumes or certain delicate manual operations make operator involvement beneficial, while critical operations and inspections still need to be automated.
Can an existing manual workstation be automated?
Yes. After assessing the current process, we identify which steps offer the greatest capacity, quality or ergonomic benefit when automated.
Can one line handle several product variants?
Yes, provided the product geometry and process allow it. Recipe management, changeovers and change parts are considered from the engineering stage.
Can assembly and measurement results be recorded?
Yes. Torque, force-displacement, camera and test results can be assigned to the product identifier and retrieved over the long term.
Do you provide maintenance and operator training?
Yes. Operator and maintenance training, together with the required documentation, are provided as part of installation and commissioning.
