Workforce development project
Improving the adaptability and productivity of employees and companies through workforce development
Under the GINOP Plusz-3.2.1-21 programme, our company received a total of HUF 1,152,000 in conditionally repayable funding.
Training courses completed
2025.03.12–2025.10.29.
2025.03.12–2025.10.31.
2025.03.12–2025.10.31.
2025.03.14–2025.10.21.
The primary objective of the training was to equip participants with foreign-language skills that enable them to communicate with people of other nationalities and with business partners in the course of their work. The training also aimed to ensure practical mastery of the course modules and the ability to use them in productive and receptive language tasks, as well as to express communicative intentions in line with the requirements of the relevant level.
Each of the four language courses comprised 100 hours of face-to-face training. In addition to the prescribed syllabus, the courses included grammar, specialist-language topics and language functions tailored to the participants’ needs and work.
The participating employees successfully completed the final examination and received certificates confirming completion of the training.

Comprehensive development implemented at DELTA-TECH Kft.
The project was implemented under the GINOP funding scheme of the Széchenyi Plan Plus programme at our headquarters in Balassagyarmat.
Main elements of the development
Doosan B35X-7 electric counterbalance forklift was acquired to assist with loading and unloading larger components; a FiberSX 5050 WS laser workstation was commissioned to ensure that components installed in our machines can be marked with unique identifiers; a MAZAK CV5-500 machining centre was acquired, enabling us to manufacture more complex components; as well as a Bomar Ergonomic 340.278 DG band saw, whose use allows smaller cutting allowances.
The project also includes the installation of a 32 kW heat pump system to further reduce our operating costs.
The project also includes a three-day Fusion 360 CAM course as well.

Research into automated, intelligent visual inspection systems
Research into technological systems and the development of prototype products to support industrial inspection tasks performed by the human eye and human perception
The funding rate was 35.41%. The research and development centre in Győr was built as part of the project.
Implemented R&D&I activities
Extension of a gloss measurement system; development of illumination for void detection (Parabola) suitable for aluminium blocks; cylinder-bore scanner; development of an image-processing program and retouching software; design, construction and commissioning of an industrial research and development station; experimental development of a void detector, industrial testing and product portfolio; preparation of marketing documentation and business strategy; laser surface-scanning system; production of a unit for processing scanned three-dimensional laser data. Seven new jobs were created within the project.
The research and development centre in Győr provides a location for industrial developments in machine vision, surface inspection and automated quality inspection.

Renewable energy and energy efficiency
Support for building-energy developments aimed at using renewable energy and improving energy efficiency
In 2019, our company submitted an application under the Economic Development and Innovation Operational Programme call entitled ‘Support for building-energy developments aimed at using renewable energy and improving energy efficiency’, and received HUF 8,772,010 in non-repayable funding.
A 60.06 kW crystalline solar power system was installed and commissioned, including a grid-connected bidirectional meter. The system replaces 60% of the electricity consumption at the Győr site with green energy.

Development of Matra-Tech Kft.
The project was implemented with support from the European Union and co-financing from the Hungarian State.
The development project of Matra-Tech Kft. began on 22 March 2022 and was supported by a successful GINOP Plusz application. The project had a total budget of HUF 161,287,980, of which HUF 112,901,586 was awarded as non-repayable funding. The project was completed on 25 August 2023.
Main elements of the development
Doosan BSL16N-7 pedestrian electric stacker was acquired to facilitate material handling; Fiber RRLF3015GA CNC laser cutting machine and AD-SERVO 30220 CNC press brake were commissioned to manufacture protective enclosures for the machines we produce; a three-axis AKIRA V2.5XP CNC vertical machining centre was acquired to expand our machining capacity; as well as a Sinterit Lisa X 3D printer, which enables us to produce prototypes quickly and cost-effectively. In addition to expanding our machinery, we provided Excel spreadsheet training for our colleagues, organisational, process and management development consulting for our managers, and installed an air-to-water heat pump system to reduce heating and cooling costs.

Installation of a solar power system at Matra-Tech Kft.
In 2020, under the Széchenyi 2020 Programme, our company received HUF 2,964,000 in non-repayable funding for the installation of a solar power system.
A grid-connected solar power system with an installed capacity of 14.82 kWp and a bidirectional meter was installed and commissioned at the Bátonyterenye headquarters of Matra-Tech Kft. The system generates 16,302 kWh of electricity annually.
